I’m Paige. A teacher and the creator of ‘Paige does keto’, a blog and online presence. It’s dedicated to women who live a ketogenic lifestyle and those who are just starting out on their journeys. Here you’ll discover how to start a keto diet, enjoy your weight-loss journey, and make keto a lifestyle.
in 2019, I attempted keto and was OVERWHELMED by all of the information out there. I was desperate to lose weight so I decided to chuck myself in the deep end – needless to say I didn’t last long.
This year, I tried keto again and i’m now 6 months into my journey and over two stones lighter, as a result of switching to ketogenic lifestyle and learning how to be consistent. Now I’m here to share EVERYTHING i’ve learnt with you about keto and help women like me change their lives.
In this space you’ll find easily explained keto tips which are great for beginners, lots of recommendations, and all of my favourite low carb recipes.
I’m inspired to show women like you and me.. that we really CAN do this and you don’t have to give up ALL of your favourite foods either. I eat healthier but I still eat GOOD.
Whether you’re a keto Newbie or you’ve been on your journey a while, you’ll find that my blog is packed with fun and simply explained tips that will keep you going and add some SPICE to your keto lifestyle. Lets do this together x
